From more than 30 years of plating experience we learned that process knowledge is key for designing innovative plating equipment which can meet with today's industry requirements. For continuous improvement programs on our installed base and for R&D work on new plating systems we have over 350m2 of in-house test facilities available. Besides the improvement and R&D programs also trouble shooting of problems in the field can be simulated on the test equipment. In that way the production planning of our customers is not disturbed resulting in a faster problem solution.

LEADFRAME PLATING
All-Over, Control depth, Spot and Stripe plating.
Inline electro Deflash systems with 60, 120 and 500 bar water jet system.
CONNECTOR PLATING
All-Over, Control depth, Contour, Spot, Stripe and Front & Rear Side plating.
FILM & FOIL PLATING
All-over, single side, spot, stripe and RFID antenna plating.
SOLAR CELL PLATING
Electroplating onto silicon solar cells (for electrode formation). Ag and Ni/Cu/Sn
